The appropriate delivery charge will be calculated automatically on our website, it will vary depending on the size and weight of products that are added to your shopping basket. The charge will always be displayed on our website before submitting your order.
We will deliver all items in one package, and we will let you know via email of any delays or non-stock items.
The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two working days, although we will aim to dispatch on the same day when possible, our standard expected delivery is between 2-5 working days.
We define working days as Monday-Friday, not including bank or public holidays. This applies to both dispatch of items and delivery estimates.
NWG Parts will make every reasonable effort to keep to any delivery dates, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. NWG Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer either directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet estimated delivery dates, this also includes any other person or company associated with the customer.
Our delivery costs will be automatically calculated within our checkout based on the size, delivery location and weight of your chosen products. The product(s) will then be sent via Specialist Courier Service DHL.
You will be provided with a packaging tracking number and all packages must be signed for upon delivery.

Occasionally all or part of your order may not be in stock, in this instance we shall inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. We typically dispatch non-stock items within 7-10 days, but this will be confirmed on an individual basis via email from our support team.
NWG Parts shall not be held liable for any delay on delivery on goods, all delivery dates provided on our website are estimates only.
Orders that have been correctly dispatched to the delivery address provided on the order, which are subsequently returned by the courier or postal service due to being undeliverable, are subject to a maximum refund of the product value only, not including the shipping costs.
Furthermore, the customer is liable to pay any applicable return postage costs, plus make further payment for any re-shipment that might be required.
Our support team will make every possible attempt to contact the customer to advise of next possible options after this has occurred.
To avoid this situation occurring, we advise all of our customers to check their delivery address before submitting their order.
