Are the mats supplied in left hand drive as per the picture?

No most pictures are LHD as taken for the European market, these are generic and we only supply right hand drive mats. If you need left hand drive please make contact with a specific request and we can try and source them but can only ship them inside the UK

 

How do I know the part I'm looking at fits my car?

You can’t order a part without submitting your registration so we will check it for you. Also, you can reach us by live chat, text, phone and email if you need further guidance or help.
 

I need a kia touch up stick what colour do I order?

Please just send your order and we will do the rest

 

How do you send your items?

We use either DPD or Parcelforce, we have tested couriers and have found these to be the most reliable. We add your mobile number or email address to the system and they will provide you with updates once your order has left our site.

Please note any Mazda or Honda items will be sent via DPD, and Kia items will be sent via Parcelforce.
 

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email saying thank you with your order number
 

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

You will receive an email saying your order has been dispatched.
 

What happens if I've ordered something for my car and it isn't right?

We check all the parts before we send them, for example if you’ve ordered a Mazda 6 trunk liner for a Mazda 3, we would call you and confirm. If there anything on the order that doesn't seem right, we will call you and confirm first.
 

What do I do if the part I need isn't showing?

Please use our live chat, text service, email address or phone number and we will advise you accordingly

 

How do I know how many mats I will receive if I order them?

All mats are in sets of 4 for the front and rear, left and right. Unless otherwise specified front set or rear set.
 

How will I know my order is going to be delayed or out of stock?

We will contact you within 48 hours and advise, somethings do have to be ordered in specifically, and back ordered but the majority of stock is available within 2-3 days

 

Can you source me a used part for my car?

No, we only provide brand new, genuine manufacturer parts.
 

Can you get me anything I need for my car?

We provide brand new genuine manufacturer parts and can order you anything that is available from the manufacturer. Please bear in mind something's cannot be posted for example windscreens or batteries but you are welcome to collect, we are either based in West London or North Hertfordshire.
