Arranging a Return
Please use the form on this page to arrange a return. Once we have authorised your return, we will contact you with your returns number and the details of next steps to take. All returns are required to be sent back within 14 days, and you will be responsible for the any costs required to send the goods back to us.
If goods are not received within the 14-day period following authorisation of the return they may occur additional charges or potentially risk becoming non-refundable.
When returning goods, please make sure the following is included/completed. Any order returned to us without this information will risk being refused or cause a delay in the refund.
· Your full name and address
· Your return number we have issued
· The return is sent back to the address issued by our support team
· All goods are packaged correctly to avoid any damage. Please use the packaging that was originally provided if possible.
Issuing a Refund
Customers have the right to a full refund, they can excise this right up until the expiry of 14 days, starting from the day after the products are delivered.
Customers who exercise their right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, will receive the refund for the order, excluding any delivery charges paid. Any charges incurred to return any items will not be refunded.
Please note any special orders that have been ordered specifically for a vehicle and cannot be resold are not applicable for any cancellation or return under any circumstances.
Refunds will typically reach the customers account within 7 days. However, timings will depend on the speed of the credit/debit card company processing the credit.
Condition of Returned Goods
Customers must take good of the products until they are returned. All products must be returned unused and still in a condition for sale, this includes being in their original packaging.
It is the customer’s responsibility to package the goods responsibility so the items are protected from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs during transit of the goods will be deemed to be of the responsibility of the customers, the costs of this damage will be subsequently deducted from the refund.
All returns should be sent via an insured postal service, please note proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
All faulty product(s) returned to NWG Parts will become our property. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, we reserve the right not to refund, replace or exchange the product(s) free of charge.
Customers shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by you to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls. NWG should subsequently be notified promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify us within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes.
Cancellation of Orders
Customers wishing to cancel an order before delivery, must either complete the form on this page, email email@example.com or call 0208 996 5560.
All cancellation requests must be sent prior to either receiving confirmation of dispatch or before 3pm on the date of the original order. When cancelling an order, please include name, delivery address and order number.
